My periods are usually very irregular however I've been on the pill since September. Never have I missed on yet this past two weeks my period was Scheduled to come five days ago, a week before its scheduled arrival I had very light cramps and still have them. No other symptoms though. What could this mean?

I don't know , I have no symptoms of pregnancy at all other than this mild cramps.

Have you had sex? If so, than it's possible that you're pregnant.

I would try taking a pregnancy test. Use first morning urine for accuracy.
