While I am not familiar with your specific brand, and do not see any parts available, most dryer drums are supported on rollers. The drum is independent of the back and the belt rotates the drum around. You will need to gain access to the inside cabinet to see the rollers. Lift the top, remove the front and you should see the bearings. In many cases, the ball bearings or rubber rollers wear out, the drum settles and rubs against the cabinet, making a screaching noise. It is a good choice to replace all of the rollers
There are what is called "rollers" that the drum rides on. The rollers are bad. They will need to be replaced.
