    Unlawful Imprisonment...
I have a O.P against my Ex.In the statement there is a mention of Unlawful Imprisonment, can the Respondent at any time be arrested for that? Also, if the respondent wants to leave town, can they do so even if they have an O.P against them?

    Thanks KC

First, ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

Second, unlawful imprisonment usually means that someone is held against their will. If that wasn't prosecuted before, I doubt if it will be now.

If you ex is the respondent, unless he is under a criminal indictment, then he can leave town. The Order of Protection means he needs to stay away from you. Leaving town would make it harder for him to be around you so it satisfies the OP.

    I'm currently residing in Missouri.
Their wasn't any type of abuse during the detainment. I was told that there could possibly be an arrest for Unlawful Imprisonment, are there different degree's of imprisonment? I don't want him to be arrested.

Then don't press charges against him.
