I am initiating L1 visa processing. I will be getting married next month so is it possible to get a visa for my Fiancée? Or should I get my visa processed first and then get my spouce's?

Your fiancée does not qualify for the L-2 dependent visa until you are married. The timing of your visa is unrelated, it is your marital status that is required.
