Hi there I need help remembering a film I saw back in the early 90's/late 80's. I only remember a few scenes but I hope they should be enough. One scene was of a person that jumped a high fence but then landed with what looked like a triceratops head instead of a human head. Another scene I remember is towards the end I believe. It should the someone stepping into a dark elevator with his eyes changing to bright red and changing to a large dragon / dinosaur when stepping out.
