Yes, go to Google and put in 'cleaning estimates' there are plenty of websites that will give you free ones.

Everyone thinks this is a good idea, easy money, loose hours, make a buck and then spend it, but really isn't all that easy. There is a lot of work that goes into being a good cleaning company; good people, disclipline, diligence and being completely honest with the people plus researching material and appliances that will do a great job.

A great job and honesty keeps the clients coming back.

This is really a 'cut throat environment' nowadays.

I don't know where you would find a sample since it is so specific to Realtors, but here is one for sale: http://www.businessformsstore.com/inc/sdetail/15231

    Good luck!

    Good luck!

Can you just research a little better if you are going to post. I already gave a free site for cleaning estimates; I doesn't have to be specific to realtors. Realtors just want you to go in clean up and get it ready for sale. All the price per square is the same.

I did. That just sent me to a Google search that doesn't provide a actual bid estimate sheet but information on how to bid. Was just trying to help further, Tickle.

Tickle, you are so right that it's a real cut throat environment these days. It's been a horrible year with people coming out of the woodwork starting businesses thinking that anyone can clean. We've been in it for 5 years now and have grown very slowly. We had just started to hire employees when things got bad over the past year. Hopefully this year will be better.
