PA sent me a notice of back taxes of around $6,000 due from 2001 when I used to be an electrical contractor in NY. The company went bankrupt and I became disabled by 2005. I am presently unemployed and collect SS and a disability veteran pension. I would like to know if they can attach my bank account. Thank you
