Full power to the truck . Brand new battery cable connetions are good /not corroded. Turn the ignition on and hear a quiet click but nothing happens , It does not do it all the time and once I leave it for a while it will fire up. Seems to do it when its cold outside and the truck is cold.

I guess what I am asking is if any one else has had this problem? Just to shorten any troubleshooting As of right now I am lead to believe its an ignition control module or starter.

If the starter motor consistently cranks, then move on to the ICM. If not, then I would solve that problem first.
