Whenever you want to calculate the average speed of something, you take the total distance traveled and divide by the total time it takes.

In this case you know that the piston does one full stroke (back and forth) every 1/720th of a minute. So what's the total distance that it travels in one full stroke? And how many seconds is 1/720th of a minute? Just divide the first answer by the second and that's the average piston speed.

Oh yeah, and THERE'S NO NEED TO YELL WHEN YOU ASK A QUESTION!! You should try turning off the caps-lock once in a while. :)
