I replaced ignition module and coil. Coil gets 12v between positive terminal on coil and ground. I measure 1.2v going from ignition module to distributer. Any answers.

Did you replace the ignition condenser? Was the ICM new (very expensive) or used? It should be pretty straight-forward. I suspect there's an issue with the ICM.

Is the cam turning?

Didn't replace ignition condenser. The ICM and coil are new.
