Have you been feeding them anything different (formula, puppy food etc?)
Has the pup defecated and urinated recently?

Sounds like the pup might be in some discomfort if she is so restless, your best bet would be to get her to a vet for an examination. Minor problems in such a young pup can easily turn into major problems.

    What does this mean ***uz?

Is this pup away from her mother, or still being nursed ? Could be she is not getting enough to eat. You had better keep a close eye to see if she is eating well and strong enough to fight for food.

The mother is with them and no we have not gave them any otherfood besides the mom nursing them, the mom stays right with her and mother is startig to gget upset now. She hasent used the bathroom and I believe that's the problem so I think we are getting ready to go to the vet because the mother is trying to get her poob but she won't

Try gently rubbing her anus with a warm damp cloth.

Mom-dog licks the puppies to stimulate them, rubbing with a warm cloth does the same thing and often works better.
I would try this first a few times (just a few minutes each time) and then make an appointment if it doesn't work.

Pups can have a lot of poop troubles so I wouldn't panic, but I would get it looked at as soon as possible.

Poor baby, did the vet say what he thought was wrong with her?
