    I cant have an orgasm.
I have never had an orgasm, ever. I have been sexually active with my partner for a year now and I swear I have tried everything. I have discussed this with my partner and shown my concern multiple times, and while he may have tried a little harder for maybe the next few times he has just gone back to what feels best for him. The sex is still enjoyable even though I don't feel anything, I seem to enjoy the connection more than anything else but after such a long time trying I'm getting bored of the whole thing. It rarely happens but even when there is foreplay I don't feel a huge difference and I am beginning to worry that I am the problem. I'm not saying that I need to achieve orgasm every time, but just once would be nice. I want to know how I can get my man to put some effort in and make the experience enjoyable for me.

If he is not interested in making intimacy enjoyable for you, and makes it all him, then there is no way you can change that. I suggest you get some toys and try that approach. It may work.

Can you give YOURSELF an orgasm? If so, you need to show him how.

If NOT--you need to figure that out first. Hard to criticize someone for not making you feel good when YOU don't even know what makes you feel good--and it's YOUR body!
