Ok well my period has not shown up at all in bout3 months so I have been intimate like a wknd ago as well as 2-3 weeks ago still no period buy heavy nausea. So I took like 3 home test all negative, have not yet been to a doctor but could I still be pregnant even if the hpt says no? Is it possible that some pregnancies cannot be determined through urine?

There are women that never get a positive response from a home pregnancy test, even in their final month of pregnancy.

The best idea would be to see your doctor and get a blood test done.

In the meantime start taking prenatal vitamins. They won't harm you, but if you're pregnant they're vital for the babies health.
