Hi Guys,

I use to date a girl 2 years back, we were in love and wanted to get married but unfortunately because of family issues we were forced to let go.
After some time she got married and I left country but before leaving I did meet her 2 3 times.we use to talk on phone occasionally.
After one year when I came back I got news that she expired giving birth to her child.
Its more then a year since she expired. I am already dating another girl. But my mind seems to not let her go. I see her in my dreams almost 3 times a week, though I see her not with me.
Please suggest how I can convince my mind that she is dead.

Grief takes all forms and there is no time limit, no "proper" way to grieve, no way to speed the process along.

If you don't believe she is dead, then I would see a therapist.

If you are having problems accepting her death you will have to find a way to cope. Time does make a difference and this is very recent news to you.

Give yourself some time.
