OK I'm 14 and I really want to get a monroe and I don't know how old you have to be even if you have parental concent. So my question is where is the best place in Tennessee I could go and pierce my lip and them let me do it? Lol I really want to monroe but my brother told me even with parental concent they might not do it... PLEASE HELP:) haha thanxx for your time!! Mmm, I don't know, lala, a lot of pain involved, and possible infection involving your teeth and gums, and you are only fourteen. Are you sure you want that much responsibility. Would you rather not have a lovely smile, great white teeth when you are l8 and ready to date some really attractive boys who enjoy a really great smile ! That lip piercing may turn some teeth black.
