My Fiancé is 7 weeks pregnant
She is dizzy whenever she stands or stands for too long, and her vision goes dark around the edges. Its even started sometimes when she's sitting.
She has pain throughout her abdomen. Its sharp stabbing pains, that have been pretty much nonstop for four days. It gets worse when she goes to work.
We've been to the ER four times in the past four weeks, they haven't helped at all. What could be causing this?

Her symptoms are common, as are nausea and vomiting. All happen in varying degrees and intensity from none to what you are going through. Uterus expanding and hormones changing. The ER should have told you this.

I'm not saying they didn't miss something. She should be talking to her own OB/GYN, which the ER also should have told you.

To be brutally honest, ERs don't know much about pregnancy and their pains. I only know because they are always calling me when I'm at work and I work in L&D.

Your fiancé needs to see her OB about this. While some of this is quite common during the first trimester of pregnancy, I'm concerned about the vision. She needs to have her blood pressure checked.

Sometimes its just being pregnant. Or she could very well be OVER doing it. Id take it easy for a few days and see what happens.if it gets worse id go to the doctors again.
