My boyfriend served 6 months in prison, was released out on parole and during that time he got a DUI in a different county. He will probably be going back to prison to finish out the other 6 months. If he does go back he will go before his court date for his DUI. If he doesn't show up to court for the DUI (I assume they will just give him time) will the time he is given for the DUI run concurrent with the time he is spending now? Also, he is on reporting parole where he has to call in everyday. He was called in for a drug test but told him he couldn't find a ride. He has to check back in 4 days anyway so why can't they just wait until then to give him the drug test? Anyway, will they most likely make him finish out his time for not showing up for the drug test?
