How to cover/stop vents from blowing over a bed.
How can I stop the furnace vent from blowing in a particular area of our bedroom? We tried closing the slats-- didn't work, tried covering the vent insert with heavy duty tape-- didn't work... moving our bed is not an option. The air blowing on us is very irritating. Any ideas?

Lowe's or most any home improvement building supply sells a cover that can be installed to change the direction of the air flow so it doesn`t blow straight down on you other than that you could use sheetmetal screw and attach something more perminate to close off the vent
