    Grandparent rights issues
My sister, age 21, just had a son in December 2010 and her roommate has her marijuana license. Our parents want to call child services even though the roommate doesn't smoke anywhere near the child. They want to try and control my sisters life in every aspect and they are trying to force her to move out of her current situation into one that is "appropriate" to what they think is right. What I want to know is can they legally take him away for that? And I want your opinion.

Nope she needs to tell them that if they want to visit the child and have any relationship with her, they need to get a life and stop controlling.

The pot is legal, and smoking even around the child, while I don't like is not illegal
