    Plumbing
I have a pressure system which is just a pump with a cut off and cut in system based on pressure feeding straight into the house system
Will the pump turn on less times if I put in a balance tank, as the power usage is high and I think it because the pump is starting too frequently and starting current being 5 times running current is causing this cost
What size balance tank for a normal household and does it need an air bag in it pumped to pressure ?
    Many thanks for any feedback

Yes, your pump will run much less. Why was it installed this way, it must run all the time when using water? Bladder tanks are the best choice. When you go to buy one, they should be able to help you with size, depending on the number of people and baths.
