I had my last cycle from dec31-jan4 I spotted 3days after that and again jan15 my breast have been very tender since jan3 but cramping a lot... havent passed any clots could I be pregnant? Or something more? I have looked up early signs of pregnancy not really sure if I am I have taken two home pregnancy test both negative I do have a pituritary adenoma not sure if that helps

It may be just an off cycle. Best to wait until your next period is due and see what happens. Test again at that time if necessary.
