I have a 1998 chevy z71 truck that will turn over but will not crank. I'm getting fuel and getting spark but will not start. Battery is fine.

The Ignition Control Module (ICM) may be bad. It may spark but not when the PCM wants it to. Easy job to replace it. I recommend doing it if you have over 120,000 miles or 10 years on the current ICM.
