I had the paraguard IUD removed on December 21,2010. I started spotting for 4 days a week after the removal. Didn't think anything of it just figured it was from where I had the iud removed. Then a week after I stopped spotting, I started having constipation, tender breast, pain in my lower back and knife like pains in my pelvic area. I took a pregnancy test and it showed up negative on 1/14/2011. And I am not due for my period until 1/24/2011. What do you think this might be?
