OK so there is this guy I like and I try to do everything to get his attention. Like compliment him and tell him he is funny and stuff like that but all he does is remain oblivious to the obivious. I mean come on now. And I think he likes me too but he doesn't act like it. What should I do??

It's 2011, why don't you ask him out?
He may like you and be doing everything he can to get your attention, wishing that you would make the first move.
What's the worse that could happen? He either likes you or he doesn't and either way, having the answer to that question will be better than sitting around waiting for something to happen and not knowing how he feels.

I agree with Kyla, ask him out yourself! Maybe he's afraid of rejection or something, and hence not asking you out himself. Whatever the case, it's perfectly agreeable for you to ask him out yourself!

I would ask him out yourself, if he is also interested then great! If not then at least you will know, and you can move along.
