How can I get the disability credits that NBA offers by getting the forms and filling them out myself?

You go online and find them all on Google under their respective titles: i.e. disability credits will be under that category, etc. You have search or go to the Revenue Canada website and get started. If you want these benefits, search for them. I am a senior Canadian, but don't have to access these benfits but if I did, I would just go for and search on Google.

Thanks for the advice re Google. I actually have done that and have not yet found the correct form in the Revenue Canada site. I have bipolar illness. I live independently on disability benefits. I want to know if I qualify for extra benefits. The Disability Benefit Group and the NBA could probably make this happen, but they charge 30%.
