I just learned of a old credit card det I have . My uncle passed away and left my family his home . The title campany did a search and found this judgment against me . Is there a way for me to handle it ? The ariginal amount was 2000 and now they said there taking 5000 . This is well over 6 years old .I have not heard from any one about this matter at all . The house was not even in my name .
