    I'm 12 and I want to lose weight
    Im 12 and I weight 190 Ibs. I want to lose weight around my stomach and upper leg areas. But I want to do so without my mom knowing. Any ideas?

    Do you have a gym subscription? When I was 12 I had a gym subscription that had all the training machines that I'd ever want. If you're willing to take that 1st step in asking your mom, I don't think she'd be mad or alarmed if you ask for a gym subscription. If you do get one, I suggest you Google '5x5 program' and start on it. I weight 120lbs and I can squat over 200lbs for about 2 repetition. It's an awesome program for beginner, you'll see results pretty fast. It is hard hard though, but have a strong mind!
    I work out 3 days/week and after doing my weights, I get on the treadmill... I do something call 60 sec HIIT which consists of 1 min 'all out' run then 2 min walk. You're done when you ran 8 one-min sessions. I have to emphasize the 'all out' part, it means ALL OUT.

    Admittedly that's the second worse part of my program, after squats, because it's so tiring after the 1 min. But after resting for 2 min you should be able to do it again. It works best for fat loss.

    Mixing weight lifting with fat burning cardio will make you look like Bruce Lee!

    Yeah ik this isn't an answer but I'm 12 and weigh 148 pounds!! I don't look that fat but my thighs are the ones I'm worrying about

    Walking helps, so walking about 1 mile per day and adding consectutive miles each day(adding 1 mile per day) really helps. I have big thighs (well, not that big, but large i guess) but i walk and it helps. Also, running helps. Also jumping on a trampoline helps. Jump hard, when you come down bend your knees as far as you can. (It stretches your muscles and skin which will then lessen, not your muscles, your skin) Hope you like the advice :)
