e.g. How far along are you? First pregnancy? How old are you? Drinking or smoking currently? Have you had any spotting? Is the pain temporary or is it consistent?

Each woman experiences different pains, discomfort, etc... when pregnant. It would be best to see your OB if you are concerned. Moderate to severe pain in the abdomen during pregnancy can range from the most normal of pregnancy symptoms, all the way to miscarriage. Good luck.

Its normal to have some cramping, your body is stretching and making room for baby. The most important thing is are you bleeding along with the pain? If so you should call your obgyn they will either want u to come in or go to hosp. Don't freak it depends on how far along u are if you are in 1st trimester it may just be body doing its last mestral. But talk to your dr to be sure.
