Where is a 7 amp PTC located that controls the power train?

I don't know where that fuse is located. Just test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

What year is your Dodge? Power train options, etc... :confused:
I have many resources available but not knowing exactly what we're talking about send me chasing my own tail and that just makes me look busy and I end up tired...
