Its possible depending on what State you live in. What is the current custody arrangement ?

In Georgia for example, it is not the name of the custody level, but the number of days according to the custody order that each person has the child. And then of course it is based on the income of both parties.

So if you were having the child 1/2 the time in your home, and now will, not in GA yes it would be more money

Define full custody? Is she looking to limit the amount of time you spend with your child? Do you agree to this? Is your only concern that this will cost you more money?

When you say full custody do you mean you are the custodial parent and now the mother is asking to be ordered the custodial parent?
