Movie about a ghost woman in white carrying a tray
I saw a movie on 'Chiller Thriller', a Saturday night time slot in the 1970's that featured horror movies. The movie had a ghost of a blond woman in white being seen frequently carrying a tray outside of a house. Some people decide to figure out who/what she was and they discover it was not a ghost but a man pretending to be her ghost. You see him putting on lipstick, blond wig, etc. Once he is found out, somehow an armoire or other piece of furniture gets knocked open and the bones of the woman he has been impersonating fall out, it turns out that he had killed her years before. Hopefully someone out there has an idea what movie this was and can let me know - I was very young at the time and those are the only details I can remember. Any feedback anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Sorry, but this no movie I've ever heard of. Are you sure this isn't some repressed memory??

    Hope this helps

mappemonde - if you will look at my post - I was commenting on truthmasters ridiculous post. That's why his/her post is quoted above where I posted. I was actually trying to help, that's why I gave two suggestions. You have given me a negative rating when really it should have gone to truthmaster (if anyone -I believe there is an area on this site where it gives you guidelines on proper usage of the rating system)- I've been on this site for a while, and think that if someone was to look at my history a 'condescending attitude' really isn't what I'm trying to show. Good luck on your search.

    Comment on aliseaodo's post
I sincerely apologize. I guess I was so shocked by Truthmasters post I didn't realize that's what you were reponding to. In the future I will be less reactionary and hopefully I won't make the same mistake. I did give Truthmaster a negative rating as they were just rude. I have looked extensively for the name of this movie and others - I was only 7 or so when I saw it and I got discouraged looking through 'chiller' and 'thriller' and any combination of these, so I was excited to find this forum. Then I get the Truthmaster's post. I guess I'm a little niave, I didn't expect that would happen. That being said, I still should have been paying more attention to who you were responding to, again, I'm very sorry. Take care and thank you. If there is a way to reverse the negative rating, please let me know and I will take care of it. I tried to follow the directions to remove my questions and I was not successful, so give me the process in detail if there is one.

Thanks mappemonde - I think the negative rating is pretty much cancelled out with your positive agreement - still looking for your show...
