You need to contact Labor Ready to get a copy of the 2009 return.

If they are unwilling or unable to provide a copy of the return, you will need to complete the return from scratch to file it.

They can not sent my 2010 tax returns again

You can get a copy of the 2010 Form w-2 from your employer and start from scratch, or, you can get tax transcripts from both the RS and the state tax agency and prepare the return using THAT information.

I do this every year for clients who have lost their tax docuemnts through no fault of their own. It is just a matter of knowing who to ask and when.
