Im a single father , the kids mother left the kids about a month ago andthey have been living with me ever since, I have a 5 month old and a 16 month old, I have gone to court and applied for custody of my children and am scared I won't win the case, they have contacted her and twe have a court together coming up next month, Im scared she could take my kids to another state after just leaving them behind to go make her life over, I don't want her back I'm doing a hundred times better with out her and my kids are well taken care of, Im a good supplier and a better father, She was also abusive physically and mentally I have also protective custody what are the chances court gives her custody?
