    Can you sue someone for adultery?
    My friends is married with her husband, and he's seeing another woman. Can she sue him, or the other woman?

    If your friend lives in North Carolina, her chances are good.

    Personally, I think it's wrong. People should be free to make choices such as these without repercussions from the law.

    Yup! North Dakota and Mississippi are another good places for that kind of action.
