Payroll expense for hiring employees
"I work for two corporations A & B. Company B has no employees; gets contracts and hires employees from company A to do the work. Company A invoices company B for labor and materials. Because the employees belong to company A, company A performs the weekly payroll for those employees. When company B pays company A How is the payroll expense recorded? "
