I am 23 yr old, recently started on the juliet 35 ed BC pill, mainly to skip my period due to a holiday. I was advised to take the active pills till I was ready for my period. I have been taking the pills for the last 24 days. My period generally would have been due somewhere between the 26th of December and the 10th of Jan as I have an irregular cylce which last for no more than 4 days . However on the 2nd of Jan I began spotting while still on the active pills. It was light spotting until the 10th of Jan and now my period is slightly heavier with cramps. Its nearly 11 days that I have been bleeding. I am worried. Should I discontinue the pills. When will the period end?
