I have a 19 month old daughter and I want to move to Colorado from Illinois.. My question is can I take my daughter out of state without permission from my boyfriend? We have been having relationship for the past year and I'm not happy anymore.. I don't care if her dad wants to see her I don't have any problems with that But I want to leave him and going to Colorado to start a new life for me and my daughter is the best situation..
