I'm thinking it's from between 1990-2000. It's about this girl that's wild and she has a love interest who I want to say is Native American (or just looks like it) they live in a fishing town because I remember the harbor and boats coming in. I remember lots of pretty fall foliage that reminded me of Maine. One part they kiss or almost kiss in a cemetery but he thinks it's wrong and she should have more respect for the dead or something? He acts a little aloof with her through the movie because of the way she's wild and acting out. Anyone have any idea?
