Should I speak to HR about getting my old job back?
I loved doing what I did at my last job. However, I feel like I was terminated for wrong reasons. How do I know? Because 1. I was given a memo to sign that had false information about me 2. My old boss just wanted me out and I had no idea why I was treated the way I was. 3. Nothing made sense as other team members were favored the most. 4. I never signed the memo, however, did write a rebuttal which clearly did not do me justice.
In the end I was terminated, in fact I just walked out of the meeting when they were giving me the boot just because it was all cloudy and confusing to me why my manager accused of things I never did. Shortly after I was "let go" my former manager got the boot for slacking in what he was doing. Two years later, I found out that one of the memebers from my team had a fling with my manager, (this figured why she got promoted to do what I was doing) in fact they're getting married very soon. Turns out that everyone from that group was "let go" and the girl that was favored a lot got promoted to a Lead role. To make the long story short, as soon as higher management found out that this girl had a fling with the former manager who got the boot, she quit on the stop and left the company.
Now come to think of it, everything that was going on to me back then suddenly made sense. So now I want to go back to my old company that I once worked for and ask for my job back in a professional manor. Should I do it or not?
Side note: since I was "let go" I never found a new job. I got married shortly after and lived in a different country for a while. When I came back to states I got pregnant and stayed home with my baby. So now I'm ready to get back to work and I WANT MY OLD JOB BACK!
Should I give it a try or just forget about it?

I walked out when I was told that it was my last day working there because I couldn't tolerate all the lies that were said and written about me and of course the way I was treated. No one knows I walked out & the details It all happened in HR office

I didn't resign, I was terminated. I walked out as I was being told no matter that I say or do it was my last day, also I saw that my former boss kept on going with the lies and the HR person was sitting there quite and helpless.
