On the 4th I went to the dr, found out 6weeks pregnant! But for the last 4days I have been really sick, throwing up, poops,fever, sinus cong. so I have been in bed mostly. But today I am feeling much better just still sinus cong. my major concern now is when I went to the bathroom I am now spotting. Its only when I wipe, I haven't seen any clotting, but there is some brown on my underwear almost like my last day of my periods. Im really concerned I have never had a miscarriage, should I call my dr? I don't have another apt. until Feb 8th.

Bleeding along with cramping presents a problem though.

Spotting in early pregnancy is pretty common. Call your doc they may want you to come in for a blood test. If your are rh- (negative) they'll give you a rhogam shot... nothing to worry about it promotes antibodies for your baby to be healthy.
