How do I evict a family member in the state of Pennsylvania?

But in general why are you evicting, them, non payment of just don't like them ?

Do they have a lease, is it written ?

Do they pay rent ?

What family member is it. And for example, if it is your son, does your spouse agree, for example a father can't evict a son if the mother does not agree

So a lot more info is needed.
