Um, I'm pretty sure you can only be charged with statutory rape if you are over the age of 18. Don't think you're a victim... But ahh... Being your age, and being sexually active with a 12 year old... Doesn't sound like a healthy situation... Maybe you should try somebody your own age? Or perhaps counsiling? o.Q No affence.
But of course, Age IS but a number. But then again, the difference BETWEEN those two numbers are quite high. But it's your choice. Hope I've helped. :D

If you have sex with her yes you can and will be charged with rape, depending on the state law, you may be chaged as a Juv but most likely at 17 you will be charged as a adult.

You will be considered a sex offender for the rest of your life, and have to register as one.
