Could someone tell me where or send me a diagram of where the
Fuel pump relay is on a 95 honda accord dx.

I'm not absolutely sure on a 1995 Accord. However, turning the ignition switch on and off will help you locate the main relay, by allowing you to hear and feel it "click." Main relays often have 7 wires going to them.

If the relay is bad there is a chance it won't click at all with the ignition. Have you checked fuel pressure to see that the pump is not the issue? It should be under the dash on the drivers side, refer to this link
