Back in 2008 I was arrested for 3rd degree grand theft. After court I was pick on a pre trial intervention program. I violated it by not paying it do to lack of income and stopped going. Few months later I got picked up for a failure to appear court date for that reason... at the time between that I stopped going, to the time I got picked up for my warrant, I moved to another address. So the court got a return to sender for my issued court date. Now I'm trying to figure out what are my chances that I could get put back on track with the probation except having jail time?
