My 4 year old dog pees on my carpet instead of the puppy pads?
My dog is a 4 year old female Italian Greyhound. She will go on her puppy pads when she wants. If she knows her pads are the least dirty she will go on my carpet. I don't know what to do, she can go on any pad that I put down and she gets mad at me and goes in the floor.

Dogs don't 'get mad and go on the floor.'
Puppy pads are temporary training aids, not for adults. Unless very old or very disabled.
She needs to be walked 3 times a day.
Buy a set of gates in about 10 sections and set it up where you are most likely to be with her, such as around the TV. She won't want to pee in a confined area.
Put a very strong cover smell over the spots where she has gone. Products are sold for this, but I have found that any obnoxious smell works, from cheap after shave to pine scent ammonia.
