    Foreclosure laws?
I'm still living in the that my exwife and I own the courts are wanting me to leave so, they can auction the house my kids still live with me my son 22 years old and my daughter is 18 years old. Do they have a right to be able to purchase the house first since they grew up here? I live in virginia

No there is no "right" to purcahase a house just because they lived there. Since it is not foreclosed yet, you may still sell them the house for what is owed and they can pay the bank and buy it.
