    Main relay for fuel pump
When my 1993 honda accord is shut off, sometimes it won't start for 10-15 minutes It has good spark when it won't start, and it cranks over real good, it just won't start for 10-15 minutes. I have had this problem for about 2 years and it is intermitant. The car runs really good when it starts after the 10-15 minute wait. It is the 2.2 engine. I took off the fuel line that connects at the fuel rail when the car won't start. There was no gas pumping out of the disconnect with the key on and a full tank of gas. The fuel filter is also new. Could this be the main relay that turns the fuel pump on that is giving me this grieve? Where is this main relay located on the car?

The main relay is not likely the problem. I suspect intermittent ECM failure. Before doing anything else, clean the main ECM ground, located on the thermostat housing.

When it doesn't start, does the CEL stay on?

Does the CEL consistently come on and go off after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II)?
