    Criminal records don't have warnings on them... The have convictions and arrests..

    Agree, there is no such thing as a warning on a criminal history report. There are arrests and there are convictions

    Are you talking about an ACD(adjournment in contemplation of dismissal where you agree to stay out of trouble and the charge will be dismissed) or a conditional discharge(where you agree to stay out of trouble or if you don't you will get arrested again and tried on the original charge)?
