Week I started to pee blood, I spoke to someone and they told me it was the
Start of a period, but that has stopped now, yet I'm still bleeding, there is no
Pain or anything like that, I'm just a bit worried. Please help ?

It quite likely is from the injection, which can cause irregular bleeding for many women. It would be best to see your doctor to have things checked and rule out a possible infection.
