I'm 13 and I haven't started my period yet . But I have brown dishcharge . Is this normal ? Someone said it means I can't have kids .

Who ever said that is just being mean. Your period can start anywhere from age 9 to 18, and it's perfectly normal to be 13 and not have it yet. Discharge is very normal as well, and comes in different colors and textures, it is okay. If you are still worried about it then ask your doctor, they can give you a better answer than I can.

The brown discharge may be the start of your period, or it may simply be another sign that your body is preparing for periods to begin before too long.

It in no way means you can not have children. Many, many girls and women will have brownish discharge at the start of their periods, and/or at the end.
